Another To The Uncircumcision
(Galatians 2:7)
Let that verse sink in for a moment.
Not one audience.
Not one administration.
But a God who works according to purpose, order, and timing.
Many read the Bible as if every message is the same for every person in every age.
But Scripture itself tells us otherwise.
And when we miss this distinction, confusion follows.
When we see it?
Grace becomes clear.
Two Gospels—Rightly Divided
Galatians 2:7 doesn’t blur the lines.
It draws them clearly.
“The gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter… the gospel of the uncircumcision was unto me.”
Same Savior.
Different programs.
Different audiences.
The Gospel to the Circumcision (Israel)
This message was preached to Israel:
• Sent only to Israel (Matthew 10:5–6)
• Rooted in prophecy and covenant
• Focused on the earthly kingdom
“Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Matthew 4:17)
It called Israel to:
• Faith in their Messiah
• Obedience under the Law
• Preparation for the promised kingdom
This was Israel’s gospel—exactly as the prophets foretold.
The Gospel to the Uncircumcision (Gentiles)
Then God did something unexpected.
Through Paul, He revealed:
“The mystery, which was kept secret since the world began” (Romans 16:25)
This gospel was:
• Not prophesied
• Not preached before Paul
• Revealed by Christ from heaven
“The dispensation of the grace of God” (Ephesians 3:2)
This message forms:
• The Body of Christ
• A spiritual body, not a nation
• A heavenly calling, not an earthly kingdom
Paul’s Unique Role
Paul did not borrow his message.
He did not continue the Twelve.
He explains:
“By one Spirit are we all baptized into one body” (1 Corinthians 12:13)
Without Paul’s epistles:
• Israel’s promises get misapplied
• Grace gets mixed with law
• Heaven gets confused with earth
Paul brings clarity.
Paul brings order.
Paul brings grace.
Grace Over Law—Today
The Law had a purpose:
“It was added… till the seed should come” (Galatians 3:19)
But today:
“By grace are ye saved through faith… not of works” (Ephesians 2:8–9)
No rituals.
No performance.
No earning.
Just Christ.
Fully sufficient.
Fully finished.
The Blessings of the Body of Christ
Through Paul we learn that believers today:
• Are one Body in Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12–13)
• Have a heavenly citizenship (Philippians 3:20)
• Are blessed with all spiritual blessings (Ephesians 1:3)
These are not Israel’s promises.
These are ours by grace.
Conclusion:
When Israel’s program is applied to the Church, confusion follows.
When Paul is believed and followed, peace follows.
Galatians 2:7 is not divisive.
It is clarifying.
Two gospels.
Two programs.
One wise God.

or the gospel revealed by Christ to Paul for the Body of Christ today?
Grace explains the difference.
Right division removes the fog.
And Christ receives all the glory.
