Ever wonder why so many sincere Christians
love the Bible…
read the Bible…
teach the Bible…
…and still miss what God is doing today?
It’s not intelligence.
It’s not sincerity.
It’s not effort.
It’s this one word:
👉 The Mystery.
▪️Something God kept secret
When you read the prophets, everything is out in the open.
The kingdom.
Israel restored.
Messiah reigning on earth.
All spoken since the world began.
But then Paul says something shocking:
👉 “the mystery… kept secret since the world began” (Rom. 16:25)
Not prophesied.
Not predicted.
Not explained before.
Hidden.
Hidden where?
👉 “hid in God” (Eph. 3:9)
Not hidden in Scripture…
Hidden in God Himself.
Until He revealed it to one man.
Paul.
▪️Paul’s unique revelation
Paul didn’t get his message from the Twelve.
He didn’t learn it from Jerusalem.
He says plainly:
👉 it came by revelation of Jesus Christ (Gal. 1:11–12)
Directly from the risen Lord.
A brand-new program.
A brand-new agency.
A brand-new identity.
Not Israel.
Not a kingdom nation.
But:
👉 The Church, the Body of Christ
• Jew and Gentile equal
• one new man
• heavenly calling
• seated in heavenly places
This was never prophecy.
This is Mystery truth.
▪️What is a “dispensation”?
It simply means God dispensing truth…
dealing out instructions…
administering His plan in stages.
God doesn’t reveal everything at once.
He unfolds it.
In time.
Today?
We live in:
👉 “the dispensation of the grace of God” (Eph. 3:2)
Not law.
Not kingdom preparation.
Not signs and wonders.
Grace.
Pure grace.
▪️The gospel for today
Salvation now is beautifully simple:
• Christ died for our sins
• He was buried
• He rose again
Believe it.
Trust Him.
Rest.
Not:
• rituals
• church rules
• performance
• trying to earn favor
👉 “By grace are ye saved through faith… not of works” (Eph. 2:8–9)
Religion adds.
Grace finishes.
Religion demands.
Grace gives.
▪️So why do so few see it?
Paul says the god of this world blinds minds (2 Cor. 4:4).
And how does Satan blind people?
Not with atheism most of the time.
But with religion.
With tradition.
With mixing programs.
With adding works to grace.
If he can keep believers thinking:
“We’re Israel”
“We’re under kingdom law”
“We must perform to stay saved”
Then they never enjoy their real identity.
Never see their heavenly calling.
Never understand the mystery.
▪️The key that unlocks everything
Paul gives it plainly:
👉 “Rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Tim. 2:15)
Not all Scripture is written to you.
But all Scripture is written for you.
When you divide correctly:
• Prophecy fits
• Mystery shines
• contradictions disappear
• grace becomes clear
The Bible finally makes sense.
▪️The heart of it all
Friend…
God isn’t hiding truth from you.
He revealed it.
Through Paul.
For you.
For now.
For this present age of grace.
You’re not waiting for a kingdom.
You’re already blessed in heavenly places.
You’re not trying to earn acceptance.
You’re already accepted.
You’re not working for victory.
You’re standing in it.
So don’t miss the mystery.
Read Paul.
Believe grace.
Rightly divide.
And watch the whole Bible light up.
Because what God is doing today…
was kept secret just for us.
